How can a video prove anything to anyone who denies reality?

Y'all tried to claim that MJ never had anyone "bail him out" by doing all the scoring at the end of a big game. I showed you Paxson scoring 10 straight at the end of a MUCH bigger game. I showed you Scottie leading the bench on a 14-2 run to make a massive comeback from a 15-point 4th-quarter deficit in a Finals Game 6....with MJ sitting on the bench.

Ya'all claimed that Paxson hitting 5 shots in the last 5 minutes of a closeout Finals game didn't count because they were all catch-and-shoot jumpers from MJ.

I proved y'all lied cause only 2 of the passes came from MJ.

Then when I pointed out that AD only hit 3 shots in the entire 4th quarter, that they were also mostly catch-and-shoot jumpers and LBJ made the passes on 2 of them....you changed the subject.

Still waiting for y'all to tell me why AD hitting 3 buckets off passes in a WCF Game 2 is somehow more impressive than Paxson hitting 5 shots at the end of a Finals Game 5. Still waiting for you to explain how Pippen and Paxson combining for 52 in that game is less help than AD's 31. If you can't deal with the reality you've already been shown then there's no reason to move on.
You type all these essay posts putting words in people’s mouth based on what you can argue.

Then you claim i change the point, when it’s your posts that muddys the water(purposely) so you have an out and claim that im dodging your point. You debate like my girl.

Homie in here arguing with himself.

Yes, Jordan had teammates, that he passed to you got me lol

Now, post MJ fukking up and needing to be bailed out like Bron or beat it.

1991 Finals closeout game: With the game on the line in the closing minutes of the 4th, Paxson hits 5 straight jumpers to score 10 of 12 for the Bulls and win the title

1992 Finals closeout game: Down 15 in the 4th quarter of Game 6, Phil benches MJ and goes with a lineup of Pippen and bench, which immediately goes on a 14 to 2 run to bring the Bulls back into the game and eventually win the title.

1993 Finals closeout game: Down 2 with 10 seconds left in Game 6, Pippen drives into the lane and passes to Grant who passes to Paxson, who nails the 3 for the win and the title with 3 seconds left in the game.

1996 Finals closeout game: Up 9 with 10 minutes to play in Game 6, MJ goes 0-5 with 2 turnovers the rest of the way, but is bailed out by 8 points from Pippen and great offensive rebounding and defense by the rest of the team.

1997 Finals closeout game: Tied 86-86 with 10 seconds left in Game 6, Steve Kerr hits the game-winning jumper with 6 seconds left. Scottie Pippen then steals the inbounds pass and knocks it to Kukoc who dunks to end the game.

That is FIVE straight Finals closeout games where players other than MJ made the biggest plays in the 4th quarter, where MJ got "bailed out" by the standard that LBJ is judged with. But y'all are going crazy over AD hitting 3 shots in a Game 2 in the WCF against the Denver Nuggets. Come on now.

How about this one then, since you seem to want to take a lot of L's this week.

Let's move on to our FIFTH Finals closeout game of the discussion, since I like sticking with the absolute biggest games to prove how easily I can make my point.

In the 1996 Finals, Game 6, Jordan went 0-5 and scored only 2 points in the 4th quarter. Jordan did not score a single point in the final 10 minutes of the game though he did have 4 missed shots and 2 turnovers.

So how did the Bulls win? Behind 8 points from Pippen, great team defense, huge offensive rebounding (Rodman had a record-setting 11 offensive rebounds in the game), and some horrible '90s officiating.

Pippen scored 8 in the final 10 minutes of a Finals closeout game. MJ went 0-4 with 0 points and 2 turnovers in those same 10 minutes.

Is that good enough for you?

:why:It was a blowout breh. Davis hit a game winning 3 at the buzzer. Nobody on the bulls is as good as AD. How is that close comparison? They were up 10 when the clip started.

Did you watch the clip? Oop that’s you moving the goals again. You’re good:ehh:

Just say MJ ain’t fall apart like Bron did/has.

MJ has had plenty of failures. They just aren’t on the same level as Brons.

:yeshrug:
No hate here, just be straight up.

You are embarrassing yourself here.

Where are you getting these copy and paste quotes from?

Did you watch any of those series?

No hate here, just be straight up.

LBJ's world: Where scoring 26 points on 10-20 shooting in a Game 2 win is a "failure" because the points didn't come in the 4th and your teammate made 3 shots.

MJ's world: Where scoring just 22 points on 5-19 shooting and going 0-5 with 2 turnovers in the 4th quarter of a Finals closeout game is "different" because your teammates held the line better.

Scoring 26 points on 10-20 shooting is a bigger "choke-job" than scoring 22 points on 5-19 shooting....because MJ's teammates dominated the other team more effectively?

But I thought having dominant teammates was a bad thing? :gucci:

No hate though. :mjlol:

I've been a Blazers fan since 1988. How the fukk would I remember all of these specific scenarios from all these different 1990s games? Do your googles and figure out if it was copy-and-pasted from anywhere else.

Of course I'm only going to remember the big games, I'm sure MJ had plenty of other ugly 4th quarters but I have no way to search for those.

How about MJ's Game 7 against the Pacers in 1998 though? Went 9-25 in that one while Reggie had 22 points on 7-13 shooting. But Bulls were saved by 6-9 three-point shooting by Kukoc and Kerr. Another big game where MJ needed someone else. Wanna watch the 4th quarter of that and see who scored the biggest buckets?

I remember most if not all of those series proly got lots on tape not just MJ. T-Mac was my favorite player not MJ. So when I see a clip, all that shyt comes flooding back. And I know when you not keeping it 100

So yeah when you posting blurbs and little clips that don’t tell the whole story I call it out.

You might catch me another thread defending bron in a vs Kobe debate and they calling me a bron stan. It is what it is.

fact is despite what you think Bron don’t want it when they are down in close games. And he definitely doesn’t want any parts of late game free throws.

it’s actually upsetting/embarrassing to me to see him shrink. That’s his only flaw to me.

For MJ those same moments are his signature. Not 100% but enough where there is no doubt that he wants it and isn’t afraid of the moment.

he’s had bad endings to games but it was never a narrative that he shrunk in the moment.

Ah, I get it now, you just don't watch basketball.

Down or tied in a close game late in every one of these. And big games too.

Woulda included more (like say those middle four pistons-cavs battles in 2006, that Nets game, some of the 1st-round battles, 40 other regular season game-winners), but this was good enough.

25 straight when down, 10 straight when down, 16 in the fourth when down, 18 in the fourth when down, more playoff game-winners than anyone else in history, etc., etc.

But you want to claim he doesn't want it. :mjlol:
