Seems to be plenty of support for AD's decision even though he's got 1.5 years left on the contract. KD didn't get that kind of support here.

I thought that’s what you meant but you know it’s a lot of Lakers fans on here so if they get to benefit they gone be in full support of the fukkery

Tampering is the CBA rule and it is illegal to publicly ask for a trade (stop using semantics.)
1.There has been no tampering violation charged to the Lakers which is what you were alleging with these "bullying" nonsense

2.It's not semantics at all.... A player can request a trade to the team and he can say he doesn't intend to resign with a team publicly... So what are we really talking about here sir?

Rich Paul should also adhere to the CBA of course.... None of that changes anything regarding my point however

Also to much Oochie Wally and double talk
Not Factual perhaps you've simply confused yourself here brother

Why even be fans of teams or like sports if you not rooting for anybody. Some of y’all dudes basically want people to be like the Bron dikkriders that jump team to team and just take anything he does and says as the greatest thing ever. The players can do no wrong in y’all eyes.
This is classic Strawman nonsense... Excerssing your right to free agency is not "doing something wrong"..... Telling a team you don't Intend to provide them your services once your contractual obligations are exhausted is not "doing something wrong"

It is you people who find yourself supporting/ being sympathic to "the plight" of the team owner that looks funny in the light

The thing is, LeBron isn’t in his prime anymore. The clock has already started to accelerate.

Every year from here on out is going to be much harder for him.
ummm LeBron is still in prime...the numbers he is putting up this year are some of best of his career. Just because he isn't doing freakish athletic highlight s like he used to doesn't mean he still isn't ballin.

Just Win Baby
:snoop:

1.They have a year to trade him.... So WTF you talking about?

2.He could have told them nothing and left them with nothing... Perhaps you view that option as more benificial to a franchise :yeshrug:

When they offered him an extension next year and he declined it would have been obvious and they could have moved him. Honestly their best move is to just let him sit out the season, grab a lotto pick and then trade him before next season. No sense in risking an injury for either side

And again waiting until then only reduces his value to teams who could use him for this playoffs or he could have even lied and said I'm going to resign but only 1+1 like lebron did so I can "see how yall build around me"

Now like I said if they want to wait that's their prerogative.... But to argue that having MORE teams interested in trading for him isn't benificial to the team moving forward is Cleary false

Also they better hope he gets on board with this whole "sit him out" scenario or else they'll find themselves going to a very ugly arbitration especially if AD comes out and says I'm fully healthy and I want to play to the media... They defiantly could face fines or worse for resting without cause... Thats blatant tanking on top of CBA issues

shyt may get real nasty especially if they want to take the petty route doing shyt like removing him from the intro montage... He could say he's playing and help them win...which would fukk up their draft pick... It can get real petty fasho Lol

Yep. fukk'em.

Another key piece in all this most people don't realize is that the Lakers can't sign a max FA this offseason and have enough space to give AD a max in free agency come 2020. Which means if the Lakers miss out on him this year they have to waste ANOTHER year of LeBron's prime and not commit max money to a big name FA this offseason to make room for Davis in 2020. There's no way Bron is cosigning punting another whole season as he approaches 35, and there's also little chance AD would be willing to sign long term for more than a season or 2 to play with LeBron once he's that old like he is right now.

So if the don't Lakers get him NOW this season or offseason the LeBron/AD dream is basically dead and they will be forced to pivot to another different max level player, most likely someone like Boogie to try and field a competitive roster around LeBron. Which means their godfather offer to NOLA can't ever be off the table even if the deadline comes and goes, so there's no point in NOLA seriously entertaining it until the offseason when the draft is over and New York and Boston can get in on the negotiations for real.
