Do you know how depressing it must be for him playing across the Mercedes Benz stadium where the Saints having all this success knowing he will never experience that? Don’t blame him

You're right.

Would Danny trade Irving plus players for AD?
NO will be asking for Kyrie/Tatum/Brown. That's a whole lot of talent to give up.:ohhh:

:comeon:

They can ask for whatever they want, we just need to give them something better than the second best offer.

Tatum and Jaylen are most likely not going together in the package, I feel like we might keep Jaylen.

I agree but he signed a contract to be there, and no one forced him to extend. He is requesting a trade with a season and a half remaining on his contract, a week before the trade deadline. Why shouldn't he be required to fulfill his contract?

Unless it's a hostile work enviornment, it's his job to get some W's and show up consistently. He's consistently hurt, has never won 50 games, and only has 5 playoff wins in his career.

I just feel that a max player should bare some responsibility for improving his team. This culture of "trade me to a winner" instead of building a winner seems weak.

He's Kevin Love in Minnestoa until proven otherwise. Great individual player, amazing stats, but has lead his teams to poor / mediocre records.

I am all for people doing what's best for them personally, but I appreciate the Dame Lillard approach more than this one. If he won in NO he would be a legend there. If Carmelo stayed in Denver we would be looking at his legacy a lot different.

If he goes to LA who's to say he doesnt have the same results as Dwight Howard teaming up with Kobe?

AD has not proven to be as impactful as Dwight was in Orlando up until this point.
It’s tough to argue this and I feel AD is worth the trouble

No team is in the business of doing other teams favors. NO is gonna be asking at minimum those players and they're not going to be forthright about what other teams are offering them. Smart negotiating would be them LYING to the Celtics or any other team about what kind of offers they're getting to get leverage.

No team is that dumb. Unless you're the Cavs or Nets:lolbron:
