I never even thought about it, but dude went from bumbling, comedic relief, side character to:
1) Big time films like Transformers
2) Fan favorite villain in a classic, prestige TV show: The Shield
3) Wildly successful and long running sitcom, Blackish, in an environment where sitcoms get cancelled all the time
4) Main character in one of the most popular TV shows of all time: Law & Order

I can't name another actor, let alone a black actor, with that range of success. He doesn't get enough respect

Bruh range is really outstanding.
He can play any role

And for not being a comedian his comedic timing and comedy chops are gold
