Cops hand cuff dead people. It happens a lot. Apparently they're afraid of zombies
. I've seen videos where the cops shot someone, pronounced him dead, then cuffed him.
I can't blame the man if he felt he needed to bust on some cops

It's not okay for anyone to bust on another person just because of their job or their skin color or whatever breh.

This dude was part of one group, and was running through a parking lot, when an unmarked police SUV with plain clothed officers inside sped after him. Then either the cops or he fired.

When you have a subject who was shooting at cops or other people, and then that subject is then shot, then you handcuff him or her when possible for the following reasons: 1. arrest. 2. prevent escape. and 3. prevent further attacks. A subject could retrieving another hidden weapon on their person or around them and resume attacks. Just because a person gets shot doesn't mean they are dead. 50Cent survived getting shot. Soldiers in war have survived getting shot and even shot back while injured.This.
If the rest of you don't chillout and wait for facts before jumping on the bandwagon.
Handcuffing a wounded man is ridiculous, but I remember a few cops saying it was protocol for most departments. @unit321?

We can't just get upset when every black person is shot.
It's like how we say shyt like "Free Gucci".....but that nikka did something to end up in jail.

The Klan and Nazis were/are terrorist organizations. Slaveholders as a whole treated human beings like dirt, whipped them, etc.. these are completely different and besides the point.
The number of cops who murder in cold blood or are abusive is a very small percentage of the total number of cops in the US. It's disgusting that they get paid administrative leave but going after cops just because a small minority of them have killed someone is a stretch.
And I'm not a cop apologist I'm just saying.
