actually 20 is the minimum if you want to make ya money back for renting the bus...yet whos gonna pay $600 + for a party bus for 9 people, when a limo for $150-250 is less inexpensive and looks a lil more classy.

Off topic, kinda but the limo my nephew and his friends took to prom caught on fire. Same make and model as the one from this story. Their limo driver was a black dude. The moral of the story is that black men don't need to drive limos. They clearly can't handle the responsibility.
