Riddle me this.... How is a local business responsible for customer conflicts erupting in gun fire? How would they be legally liable....?

Who said anything about legal liability? Although it’s not uncommon for establishments to be held responsible in a civil trial.

It’s also not uncommon for a club (or late night eating spot) to be punished for customer conflicts that result in gunfire. That conflict may not even happen in the establishment. May happen in the street after the club closes. They’ve been forced to pay fines or to shut down early or to shut down altogether in such cases.

Happens in ny all the time. Shooting can happen 2 blocks away and the club is liable.

Comparing apples to oranges as usual.... an eating establishment vs a night club(which are often private) where alcohol is sold, really? That's the best you can do..... and you couldn't even answer the question

Midwest nikkas the only nikkas who shot up fast food spots.

I went to Indy last summer, hit up White Castle near NFL stadium. I ate good for cheap this was like at 3 am.

I went back early this year around October The whole spot got bulletproof glass inside and out and they was closed after midnight I was heated.
