Depends on how you classify "Black"
doesn't have to be intentional. his ignorance isn't a defence. he was told not to go there and we all have learned about contact of natives and diseases decimating them in history books. but his need to civilize and already civil people and preach white jesus to them was more important than respecting their privacy and culture. that entitlement is DANGEROUS.

there's Black indigenous people all over Asia. Just because their territory is claimed by India doesn't make them Indian. Did you not see how they look? what exactly is Indian about them?
