I told this story before but when I was working retail straight out of college, me and another Breh found a loophole in the system and we managed to make 10k a piece every month exploiting it.
We were discreet and were looking to pool that money to get on the real estate ladder. What does this fool do? He gets his loud mouth ghetto ass cousin a job, and this fool makes the block hot: flossing on Instagram, bringing his boys through and almost got us caught.
Long story short, I had to resign early to avoid investigation because his clown of a cousin couldn’t be discreet. Thankfully I already had another job lined up but this is why you can’t bring everyone with you. There’s always one who makes the block hot.

What is it you're trying to do? Most people stay in Bocagrande or Getsemani The Islands are better than Hollywood beach it would be worth renting a boat to check out the Islands.
You don't have to exchange currency just tell your bank that you're going to Colombia and use an ATM most places take credit cards or apple, google and samsung pay as well.
The language is difficult best to download Google translate and learn a few phrases in spanish
