Yeah, I'm against power imbalances like this, but there's a lot of situations like this where the boy knows what he's doing, and when he says no (like he did in the op), the sex actually stops.
It's legally wrong, but might not be morally wrong if the boy had full consent and wasn't coerced into it.

And the issue with the kid comment is that it's very relative to where you live in; in other places in the world, 15 is considered old enough for sex. "I mean, if he was 16 or 18, would you be saying that" is all.
