Yeah I just don't know about "rape" in this case.
Like, I think this is inappropriate as hell, but I don't think she's a hardened criminal that belongs in prison. I don't see how the public is served in this way. She just banged a kid who was probably 3 months away from being legal anyway.
It costs a lot of money to imprison people, B.
There's got to be a different way to punish this chic.

16 is legal in a lot of states, breh.the was 15 years old aint no way in hell he was on his way to be legal...
How old is 15 really?Yeah, I'm against power imbalances like this, but there's a lot of situations like this where the boy knows what he's doing, and when he says no (like he did in the op), the sex actually stops.
It's legally wrong, but might not be morally wrong if the boy had full consent and wasn't coerced into it.

My bad, I just skimmed it.But it tends to be different with boys sometimes. At least from what I know.
Please correct me if you can though because I do wanna learn more about stuff like this

He's still a kid and she's an adult, it's wrong. the boy could have felt like he had to do it just because she wanted to.
do we have info on that do? I didn't read the op.
And the issue with the kid comment is that it's very relative to where you live in; in other places in the world, 15 is considered old enough for sex. "I mean, if he was 16 or 18, would you be saying that" is all.
