Also what is whitewashed about this movie, and what makes this different from the other Superman movies that millions of other Black people saw?

We need more crime-driven, drama-filled, suspenseful, thriller, etc. movies...all this superhero shyt is overstaying its welcome, and these past few, it feels like throughout every 12 months, most of the movies being released are related to the superhero comic genre.

I haven't watched a Marvel or DC series/movie in over 12 years, which would bring me back to around 17 years old. At 29 years old I feel like I'm too old and mentally mature for all this comic book shyt. It just doesn't do anything for me at this point.

Look, I get it. Some of you probably grew up religiously following all this type of stuff, collecting comic books, action figures, watching animated shows, etc, but I never was really big on this genre to begin with, even as a kid; it's just never been my thing .

And there’s been a ton of iterations of Luthor across every form of media but people seem to tink that the Bruce Timm version is the only one.

That wasn't an origin story... He was already Batman...

It was essentially an origin story, 1 year strong Batman is as close as we're gonna get. It's hard to sell a young unsure/less capable than we know Batman.
