In the Middle East, young men often join terrorist organizations that use radical ideological stances regarding Islam in order to justify their actions which include waging holy war against Western nations and their allies. Often times, many of these young men have fathers, brothers, uncles, cousins, or nephews who were killed as a result of bombing or war and seek out these terrorist organizations or groups in order to get revenge against what they see as a threat to their lives, their religion, and the lives of their kinfolk. So as a result, while in combat zones, US soldiers can die from anything from snipers bullet from a mile away on a hill to IEDs on the side of the road, from these same people who they are there to protect or help stabilize their land/region.
And what's worse...out there in the Middle East, you're never too sure who started it. Maybe the dead family member that spurred the young man to join a terrorist group was in the wrong. Maybe he fired on some Marines and was dealt with accordingly. But twice in one week we essentially have video of cops skipping right to killing someone, who by all accounts, did not reach for their LEGALLY OWNED AND REGISTERED weapon. In this most recent case we have a man who even gave them a heads up that the legally registered and owned gun was on him, lest the officer get nervous and shoot him...and yet there's still a dead man in Minnesota who was shot in front of his lady and his daughter by those same police that were given a heads up.
Essentially, American police in 2016 are militarized without the training that actual soldiers receive, and are skipping right to "suppressing the target" aspect without a thought of following the ROE or "Rules of Engagement" or in a civilians case, upholding their "Civil Rights".
So really, all this will accomplish is creating generations upon generations of black men who despise you for killing their father/brother/uncle/cousin and then telling them it was the victims fault.
