Well, I worked in one police department and knew mainly the cops in my platoon and in my police academy. That was over five years ago. I'm not even a cop anymore
These other cops who have shot black people recently, they live in other cities and they work in other police departments. That's like if a Taco Bell cashier in California makes a mistake on your order, are you going to blame the cashier in Pennsylvania for not doing something about it?

Well actually it would be helpful if other departments officially condemned these incidents.

That's the reason Rosenberg was bugging yesterday. Cause he had a cop on the phone who refused to say shyt was wrong. Started stuttering and shyt.

You don't have to directly work for that particular department to be able to say yo that shyt should not have happened.

Y'all negro's aint gonna do shyt, so miss me with these 100+ page threads..

The American negro is too stupid, lazy and scared to fight for his own liberation.. Rather than shedding blood, he'd rather kowtow and beg the white man to 'wake up' and change lmao

The negro will go fight for the white man in his 'war'.. but he's too scared to fight the white man himself, when his freedom is at stake

History always repeats itself.. and the same messages have been repeated over and over.. but like I said the negro is too dumb and disorganized to improve his position

I did. Look back at my posts.
I said there was a different way to approach concealed carry permit drivers. And I said there was a different way to handle Alton Sterling in a non-compliant arrest.

A gofundme has been started for Philando's family:

"As I said before, I will keep none of these funds, once I'm able to get in contact with the family of Philando Castile and confirm it's them, I will send all funds that are raised here to them."

I'd like to donate to one the family has direct control over.
No disrespect but I would rather give the money directly to them if possible and not go through a middle man.

Right now, nowhere
its like the powers that be really want black people to snap. and just lose it.

i dont watch these videos at all anymore. I dont want to. I have to preserve my sanity.
Thats exactly what they want.
Then they can murder a larger amout of us at the same time
and have "justification" for it.

Take note, @unit321 is an "Ex-Cop" with Ties to the government, Worked in Corrections, And now Works in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. An Ex-Fed With Computer Skills posting in a thread about Cops
I've never worked for the federal government though. That's kind of a reach. But I did watch Iron Eagle and Top Gun, so I guess I am ex-military too.

I am an ex-cop, not working in that field anymore.
In police academy, no one is taught to shoot black people in an effort to kill them off. During field training, no one is taught to shoot black people in an effort to kill them off. In police academy, there are even black instructors.
When it comes to fairness and impartial policing, I did that. And there are other cops who do that. I am a minority. I was impartial. So if I ticketed someone, it was because they failed to obey a traffic law, not because they were black. I would apply fairness to all drivers, white black, Hispanic and Asian or whatever else. If I gave a warning for an offense to a white driver, I would do the same for a black, Hispanic or Asian driver.

No one ever got shot by me. And actually, most cops go through their career never taking a shot.
I'm not denying there is a problem. You are assuming I am denying it. Actually, there are cops out there who are prejudiced and racists. I saw it in the way they talked. It was subtle. They aren't the majority though. Our police department had hundreds of cops. There are thousands of police officers across the US. Those who make the wrong choices or fail to go by standard operating procedures and training are going to get jammed up and it is of their own fault.
If you think all cops are out to kill black people, then you are stereo-typing all cops based on the action of bad cops.
All police departments want to be fair and impartial because what they really want to do is provide safety and peace. They want to filter out people who will probably be bad cops. There is constant training provided yearly which includes racial profiling, at least in my police department they did because they wanted to remain complaint to be an accredited police department.
The number of rejected police applications was huge by my previous department. They interview applicants and put out questions to filter out people who aren't good candidates, like those who may have a racist or prejudice mentality.

You're right not all cops are out to kill black people, but you most understand when cops have the right to kill a person and lie without any repercussions is frightening.
You most understand some cops are worst than gang members or cartels because cops don't have judge jury and executioners, you are above the law.

@unit321 it is hard for me to rock with you on this, I know some of what you say to be true, mainly that most cops never actually kill anyone and go through their careers incident free. But I also know cops seem to have this twisted idea that they had/have this pristine image and these "few" bad apples are tarnishing their good wholesome image. You talk about this new tactical training as if it will actually apply when they are out on the field which we know at academy they tell you nothing here will prepare you for the actual field so why are you now mentioning tactical training and seminars when we both know in actual field duty it will not apply?

Maybe you have been doing the career a little to long and have become accustomed to the ideals of the good ol' boys, did you forget the history of law enforcement? mainly that of the south? Law begun as Klansmen whose job was to monitor slaves and quell any uprisings, they also had the given power by law to invade any slaves privacy because they were not considered human. We have three era's of policing I personally believe the political era to be the most detrimental and still ongoing even today, each era was filled with changes and rectifying of terrible misconduct and policies, yet going by your post it seems to minimize and gloss over some horrible atrocities because you yourself had a decent experience, you acknowledge there are problems but only in a passive tone as if the problem is at best a mosquito bite.

Since we both have knowledge of the law lets end this with the fruit of the poisonous tree, you remember that? lets change the logic just a bit and put the term to use with current policing
If one cop is corrupt he is considered poisonous he thereby poisons the other cops thus making the whole of the department corrupt by affiliation, no cop from this department can be considered good because the cop(fruit) is poisoned thus the roots are poisoned.

Better yet let's hop over to corrections, what do we know about offenders and how they are grouped? we know you have low-risk and high-risk what happens to low-risk offenders when you group them with high risk offenders @unit321? So what would happen if you group corrupt cops(high-risk) with good cops(low-risk)?

Smh you made me write a wall of text, I will never forgive you bruh:martin:
