The entire point is to gut these programs to pay for their billionaire tax cut. If they do that, they'll then rebuild the government in the form of a corporate structure. Think about how a business is run. Is it democratic? Do you vote on who your boss will be? Do you vote on getting pay raises? Do you vote on company policy? Of course not.

So then the goal is to rebuild America so the president is a CEO, billionaires are the board, and you are a subject that could be "fired"(deported, jailed, executed) for lack of productivity, cultural fit, or insubordination.

Also expect hacker groups to grow in strength as people who had computer skills keep getting replaced with AI. Part of why they hate deep seek is that if their fired programmers have it, they can use it to help them get around their old employer's AI based security systems.

I agree entirely with your first two paragraphs. However the last paragraph is pure conjecture. And I'm saying this as somebody who programs for a living, and who'se whole department was recently destroyed.

Just because you can build a website, it doesn't mean you can hack. Computer science is divided a lot like medicine with different subspecialties and specialized training for each one. A Google software engineer or an Nvidia computer engineer have no chance whatsoever of hacking. Their switch to hacking would be like an orthodontist or podiatrist trying to do open heart surgery. There would be a rough understanding of the foreign discipline, but it would be patchy at best.


I think the only exception to this, might be the government tech people.
While most of them are also specialized and incapable of hacking, this doesn't stop them from doing good old-fashioned leaking of sensitive information if musk fires them. I remember the disgruntled Twitter software engineers doing leaks after being fired too.

Can’t have elected officials using goon squads. Congress is going to pursue the court route first since we are a “nation of laws”. It’s in everyone’s best interest to start with the courts first. Trump is throwing shyt at the wall to see what sticks.

Force will beget more force and this country isn’t ready for that. People think prices are high now, it will be a wrap if we have a civil war, not to mention all the casualties.
