The mass migration of populations from one country to another is an antiquated concept that will never find wide spread acceptance ever again. Even when it was common and tolerated the natives (both the Indian and white kinds 
) were never fond of it.
Let's say for example that Canada was a thriving African-(North) American nation and the US fell into a deep depression as a result of Trump and they started emigrating illegally, en masse, to Canada; would you all be down for that? Would Mexico willingly accept a mass migration of gringos over their borders? Would the EU? Russia? Japan? Nigeria? Egypt? Kenya? People are xenophobic and possessive/covetous in regards to land and resources by nature. Immigration is always going to be a sore point in nations that are dealing with such a mass influx of both the legal and illegal kinds (especially if they are poor and/or ethnic).

Conservatives don’t care about black interests, they care about the changing demographics of this country.
It’s freaking them out that just in 1980, they were 80% of this country and in 2018, they are a declining 67% of the population.
I’ll take my chances with Jose over Chad any day.
While people are busy complaining about minimum wage jobs being taken by immigrants, no one talks about how all the best jobs are automatically reserved for white men.
Take a look at any organization and you will notice how white it gets as you move up the ladder to the point where 32% of the population make up 95% of all CEOs for example or 80% of Congress.
