what does a title have like that have to do with this. Naruto has no advantage over Goku in anything.His speed was trash in the Saiyan Saga but if you want to go with "he'd blitz" as your only reasoning, it still fails. They called this man the Orange Flash, speed that looks like teleportation once he got control over Kurama. Goku has no speed advantage.
Not to mention Hokage Naruto got much stronger than that.

Sayian Saga is Raditz Saga + Vegeta & Nappa Saga, right? If it's during the Raditz bit then Naruto loses coz Goku didn't know kaioken & spirit bomb at the time but during Vegeta & Nappa Goku had kaioken & spirit bomb so I think with the help of kaioken and spirit bomb he could defeat Naruto
