I thought I'd go on ahead and make this thread for the anime heads on here.

Summer 2012 Anime

I've been slacking over the last couple of years on my anime watching but I recently found some great series that are worth watching.

Jormungand: This anime is straight fire. It's filled with action and violence. It's very similar to Black Lagoon so if you like that series, check this out. Highly recommend it.

Saint Seiya Omega: This series deals with the next generation of Saints. Older characters from the original Saint Seiya show up as well as a descendant to one of the more gullier Saints. The character design might not be for everyone but I dig it.


Eureka Seven AO: It's dope. Great production value and music can be found like in the original. It focuses on the son of Renton and that blue hair chick. It's a no brainer for fans of the original series.

That's the main reason I wasn't following anime until recently. I got tired of the predictability of most of the series coming out of Japan. Worthwhile anime are few and far between.

that is true...the last one i saw that was worth following was stein's gate. i've stopped watching naruto, one piece, and hunter x hunter. i pretty much only read manga now..

The new Lupin the 3rd is pretty nice. It follows Fujiko mostly but its pretty entertaining.
