Well I had set aside a Million for it, but only bought as much Turnips as I could take on a full empty inventory, which is 40, I think. I didn't want to risk having to make two trips to whatever lucky island I'm gonna scope so I can cash out big on, so I just left the rest bells for next week. According to how things go this week, I might just have to full on take the plunge and go full mill.
Best time to fish. Especially out on your pier since you've a greater chance of catching an Oarfish or a Colecanth or whatever the fukk it is. It's one of those big fish that vibrate your controller the hardest; Pause.

Between twitter and reddit it's pretty easy to find people even on the Sunday night after having bought all the turnips that same morning, since people just time skip their Switch to mid-week to get high selling prices. I already bought & flipped for today and did the same last week.

Apparently he's a recurring character that likes to sell you a collection of Art, with the catch that some of them are fake.
While you, personally shouldn't really mind this since the "fake" art is practically carbon copies of the original real life pieces save for the minor discrepancies you have to manually look at in order to discern of a piece is genuine or not, the whole point of Redd selling Art is for you to buy the original pieces and give to Blathers so he can fill up the Art wing of the museum.
The first painting you get from him when he tries to sell you at first is always genuine, mind you.
Afterwards when you establish this connection with him, you can go on his boat and choose through whatever he has on display and make a purchase.
If you're anywhere near decent with Art related stuff, you can do the guessing yourself since the changes and "blemishes" to the paintings are very interesting, to say the least, but if it's fake Blathers won't take it and it sells for next to nothing.
You can still hang it up or at times pass it off to a resident, though, but yeah. That's what Redd deals with; Art for the art section.
