Bruh there is no amount of "fixing" that will enable a population living on $2/day to be able to afford $120K mortgages.

I am not sure there is really anyone to blame here, I guess the Angolan gov't should have looked into creating affordable housing but there's no $$$$ in that. And prob no need in the context of all their other problems.

there is a lot you can do with a population that makes 2$ a day, but you need a competent government with some creativity, which is what seems to be lacking

my point is if we keep blaming the chinese or americans we take off pressure from the actual government

the people most responsible for this fiasco is the angolan government, not the chinese
