Brehettes, do y’all view square brehs like Davinchi (from BMF), Grant Hill and Steph Curry the same way we view these women?

@HarlemHottie @Gloxina @Coco Loco @bourgeoisie tall freak @Chelsea Bridge
I don’t know much about Davinchi but Grant Hill, Steph Curry and even Russell Wilson (who is not mentioned) are stand up guys based on what I know of them. You can be sexy with how you speak and your morals and values versus how you look. I’m not the type of woman to be turned on by men showing off their bodies. I prefer men who present themselves as men who value family and uplifting the honor and integrity of who they are and how they choose to go through life.

Angela don't gotta do much to be honest

And Tia is better off trying to appeal to comic and anime fans.. or just awkward people

She's probably funny w it but is too self conscious to lean into it

If anyone knows her .. tell her this

Got it. I guess the question should be do most younger Black women (under 35) view men like them the same way most Black men view the women in the OP?

It's well known generally speaking black women under 35 prefer a certain "look"/ characteristics on black men. Those same expectations generally speaking aren't as important to non black women. But people love acting stupid and say it's just "black incels" making things up despite that fact people having been saying this for literally decades.

When I was younger, I felt the same way.
I never changed the type of man I wanted. There’s a reason why I didn’t start dating until I was older because I wasn’t trying to be with a man just because he looked good. It was more so if he showed the characteristics of what I wanted. I wanted a good man.

What I did was I just changed how I found the type of man I wanted.

Every man I have ever been with embodied what I wanted in a partner on the surface level…having a good job, dependable, have their lives together, was in the gym and making sure they kept their selves looking good,.,, that was my dad on a surface level, but we could never connect on the level that made the relationship promising. It wasn’t their fault. It was my fault for expecting more than what they were willing to give

The man I am currently with embodies every thing I want from a man and I can’t say anything negative about him.
