Angel Reese is an adult she can wear what she wants. With that said it was bad form for Shaq say what he he said a) In public and b) to some one who looks at him more like uncle.

But trying to find the clip by skimming the full episode. That exchange doesnt look that bad in relation to the rest of the show. Reese tells him "he doesnt have a type" and shyt in the pod, while discussing shaq watching track and field cuz the women look good,
Looking at the chapters, they discussing boyfriends/cheating/marriange and shyt so maybe thats they relationship
This could just be some shyt taken out of context and he sorta teasing her about wearing the short shyt

The main issue with women like Angel Reese is they WANT to be sexualized but only by nikkas they deem worthy.
