You can Drag and drop on Itunes

Can even change songs from the pull-down notification pane without opening the app or using the widget

do you tag your music information correctly before doing so ?

does fusion allow you to edit on from your comp or only on the player? I need something that will sync from the comp to the player..similar to itunes..trying to keep the id tags tight so i dont have a million random songs
