No, he doesn't have that talent. It's been 4 years breh. To be a top tier NBA player you have to be an absolute monster. Wiggins is not.

If we look at the history of the nba, players rarely show drastic improvements in rebounding and passing after their first 4 years. He is what he is in that regard.
But breh has to be a better defender with all that athleticism. If he can become a great wing defender he might make a couple of all star games.
