I'm on board with you and this analysis. My position is that the answer isn't lifting weights, traveling or earning more money.

The solutions require something more difficult and something very few people can tackle without external help. I'd argue that people shouldn't even bother getting into relationships without first getting therapy. We cannot control the culture at large but we can control how we interface with it.

Kevin Samuels may have had some issues here or there but one thing I respect about him is how he not only encouraged you men to improve themselves, he also emphasized that they should be dating with the intention to marry.
