It could be.

I was a certified personal trainer. Was going to open my own gym, been there done that as they say. I still train people and work out with people but I don't charge. I just like getting out there myself and doing. I'm not looking for financial gains, don't want to participate in studies, write journals or blogs, just do it.

I can go on and on about what I enjoy about it but to sum it up, think back to when you were a little kid, more little than when you were old enough to get in trouble. There were days when you played outside all day, played basketball, football, tag, just running, kickball, rode bikes..just went out having fun. Wasn't check-in, taking a break, just playin all damn day. That's pretty much what my off days are like. I'll go for a run, somewhere scenic, then maybe hop on the bike, do calisthenics, hit the weights. I might be gone 4-8 hours. And I'm not killing myself or busting my ass or sticking to a regimen I'm just having fun doing what I want to do.

I have the opposite view. I feel like we should be able to evaluate the message separate from the messenger. If Trump told you to eat healthy, exercise and educate yourself, we can all objectively agree it's a positive message from a pos human being. But just because he's a pos, would you then not follow the advice out of spite?
