Luck might be sightly more accurate on intermediate passes, Cam however is the better passer and overall quarterback.

Luck was smart to stay in school 1 more year to win a Heisman and a National Championship

Cam's ratio was nice because he had alot of rushing touchdowns. He might repeat that since even if teams can figure him out it's hard as hell to stop him. If Cam does regress this coming season and his stats decline or are not what his rookie stats were his rookie season becomes a fluke and that helps Luck in regards of being a "pure pocket passer" even if Cam is a pocket passer aswell.
