Ok, do Miami roads operate on a normal basis during a storm or even the days following a storm? Essentially, you do understand that it floods OFTEN to the point where cars are totaled, cant navigate roads, etc....we just had flooding that shut down FTL airport..
Your definition of effective governance isn’t very good. It should be to improve the lives of their citizens like they’re doing in Illinois and Minnesota not the shyt they’ve done here. You should have a conversation with people that live here about cost of living, housing and homeowners insurance
