They start weeding them out, targeting and networking with them in high school (some even earlier based on family and associations). Rarely do they tap the strong, straight non-IR black male or the straight, no lesbo, no whitewashed aka "wenching", black women to be political representatives or in position of higher authority even in non-political or corporate representative positions. Notice all the prominent "scholarship" winners or ivy leaguers tend to be of a certain mold- it's deliberate. If they do go the HBCU route - it's for show purposes only ala Kamala, They don't want to build Garvey, X, King 2.0s as a resurgence for black communities. Look at what they tried to do or did do to Marion Barry, Harold Washington, Coleman Young, Kwame Kilpatrick etc. The only non-IR, non gay oriented in a prominent government position that I could think of very recently, where she doesn't cater to white people's b.s. is Marilyn Mosby (married to a black man too) - State's attorney for Baltimore, and they tried to block her moves when she was going hard on the police in the Freddie Gray case and prosecuting corrupt cops. If dude in the OP is guilty, then f him, he dies where he stands - as a black man, he should have known what cavorting with drugged out cac men in gay spaces would lead to just like black women who think sharing and soliciting favors and exchanges with white women in certain settings, won't lead to demise. They want something on them, to cater to or hold over their head - clearly he was set up but he loaded the clip for them, plotted on him and waited for the right conditions at the wrong time. Now they use him as an example of weakness- Build up to bring down.
