I'm actually disgusted Kobe made the comparison. Outside of the immaturity issue, (yeah Kobe didn't get along with his teammates and was also somewhat standoffish) they have/had nothing in common. Bean brought it every night if for nothing but to prove to Shaq, Phil, the fans, and everyone else watching that he was worthy of taking the reigns of the franchise. Dude really wanted to be the best, and you saw that. He did some things that made you scratch your head at times, but the effort and desire to win was always there. Kobe knows Bynum is absolutely nothing like him and that he's just a guy that was pushed into playing basketball because he was freakishly tall.
