You mentioned it was basically Andre's situation, then you said you weren't saying that's what he's doing - why would you say xyz-rapper are guilty of this when it doesn't pertain to Andre, at all?

like I said..it was in response to a statement...and when I said basically..I was basically askin the same question as dude I qouted was askin...which is why I qouted that statement...cause it's more like...if the nikka IS on that shyt...that would be considered arrogance...I don't know for sure...but I know I hate when rappers do it....that's what I was basically sayin in my post...

It has nothing to do with being a Southern lyricist. Andre's own peers have co-signed him as one of the genres greatest lyricist from Jay to Nas to Eminem.

The funniest thing about it all is that it's not like he's out here trying to prove it to anyone. It's not his fault that people feel the way they do about his lyrics. It's one thing to say that he's overrated in regard to that he's a Top MC of all time due to the fact that he doesn't have a substantial solo catalog. It's crazy to say he's overrated as a lyricist though, because that's just largely based on his lyrics.
