Well it got to the point where I watch this show for the originals

I will say Elijah is probably the most intimidating character on the show, and should have had him play Klaus

But if it wasn't for the originals, it would just be Damon/Elena/Stefan love triangle bullshyt and I would have stopped watching

Elijah is the only one I can stomach (probably because he isn't on every week). What this show needs to do is get more creative with the villains for the season and ease off of the emphasis on the triangle.

Because the chick that kevin Williamson left to run this show has a huge girl crush on Klaus and seems to want no other Original dudes around to distract from him.
She probably would have killed off Elijah if the dude who played him hadn't been too busy to appear on the show.

This show is getting dropped from the DVR because I just can't take the awfulness anymore.
