It was only on for 1 season. It was starring jay Mohr. It was originally supposed to be on HBO but Fox offered a lot more money and of course cancelled it after 1 season.
It totally wasn't a show for fox,lots of swearing that just got beeped out and such
Anyway,the show was about a movie producer played by Mohr. The show didn't really catch on because of how "inside" the humour was,mostly about the seedy under belly of Hollywood.
In light of the weinstein news it reminded of the show of an episode that never got aired where they had two greasey movie producers that were obviously meant to be the weinsteins and they would were just total scumbags and did some really fukked up stuff with a prostitute in the episode. So I think it was an open secret what type of people they are.
Show was great,still holds up,if you ever get a chance you should watch it.
