Idk who owns those masters/rights. I'm assuming Puff/Bad Boy.Mo Bee said he did like 7-8 tracks for Big for Life After Death, but Puff wasn't feeling the songs.
Definitely want to hear those unreleased joints he had with Big. Some of the songs like "My Downfall" leaked before the album dropped. Underground radio was playing that one and it didn't even have DMC on the hook yet. So I feel like there's still some sh*t out there we ain't get to hear, but where?

I bet the Easy Mo Bee shyt was FIRE, especially if puff wasn't feeling it...probably means it's classic material. Puff wanted everything to be polished and shiny
Without a doubt those EMB joints are hot. Puff had no interest in the "boom bap" sound, especially by 96/97. He prolly wrote Primo & EMB as "boom bap" producers b/c they weren't sampling Diana Ross megahits.Big did a lot of outside recording during that period too.
So he might've had joints he did that he wanted on the album, but that stayed with producers. Angelettie said that's how Tracey Lee got that record with Big. There were certain joints he had to do as features like sh*t with Pudgee and RA the Rugged Man, so Puff couldn't control them.
I have a feeling the Mo Bee joints were CRAZY!! Premier said Puff didn't even like "Kick in the Door", but Big had to tell him not to cut that from the album. And then Puff came back later and told Primo that he always said the song was hot. LOL!!

I always liked BIG over the darker/grittier beats rather than the hits anyway, but Puff was trying to sell records with hit singles and he knew that Mo Bee & Primo weren't delivering those.

Same issue DMX had going from Grease to Swizz and I like most of the Swizz stuff but Its Dark....cant be deniedI definitely always preferred Big over the darker more hardcore beats. The sh*t Mo Bee hit him with for RTD was perfect. He doesn't get enough credit for carving that lane with Big.
I could've sworn I saw a Mo Bee interview where he's got some never released Big material in the vault & smiled when asked about it. Shaq has a completely different version of You Can't Stop The Reign that's never seen the light of dayMo Bee said he did like 7-8 tracks for Big for Life After Death, but Puff wasn't feeling the songs.

Easy Mo Bee also turned down an offer to be apart of the Hit Men & that's where his relationship with Puff went southIdk who owns those masters/rights. I'm assuming Puff/Bad Boy.

Bet puff fruity ass would take you up on that offerI would pay $7 per unreleased song and sign an NDA.
