Almost certainly fake plates. Thought I read that she could do 315x1 which I could believe.

But 405? No way.

I assumed it was being partially raised by spotters outside of the video

When she’s Benching There are 3 plates on each side and the middle ones are the thickest. Still impressive af but she ain’t benching no damn 4 45s in each side
