She more than likely is gonna hemorrhage severly if she tries to carry to term and give vaginal birth.
Her likely outcome is:
A. She loses / severly damages her uterus
B. She Loses way to much blood to where it affects her, possibly gravely
C. The baby loses too much blood, possibly gravely
D. Somehow she luck up and they survive.
As a woman that has had uterine surgery, your md tells you from then on that you're now in a high risk pregnancy category , you may not be carry to term, and you'll almost certainly need a section. ..... and that's just with a "normal" pregnancy that implants in a normal section of the uterine wall...... hers is implanted in the actual scar tissue. Smh.
Good Luck to her cuz she has other kids to raise.
