Any kid under 17 charged with the crime, you automatically put their parents names and faces out to the public and the parents are fully responsible for any medical and funeral arrangements for the dead

Here’s the thing, this child was raised believing a certain culture is to be mirrored as evident by that picture. Most kids who are raised properly don’t take pics like that, and certainly don’t kill people. Even most kids raised in the hood may think it’s cool, but don’t actually kill anyone. This not a grown man, who maybe let demons build up, and lived in an environment which made it easier to do. This is a 14 year old, who was allowed to run the streets. If parents aren’t responsible for their children’s actions, then why keep them responsible for them until 18? It is your job as a parent to instill the proper values, and one of those values is not killing people, and not breaking the law.
