If I'm a betting man, she probably rents too.

Folks is wilding. All of this seems so damn unsustainable. :francis:
ain't no probably...a 7 year is the new normal if your FICO ain't 750+, that's what folks can afford nowadays.
I copped a 2017 Rogue right before the pandemic at a 4 yr/ 3.2 % with 17k miles
Paid that bytch off and rolling til the wheels fall off
74k miles now, regular maintenance, brand new tires at 50k, and no issues

Ehh you can always take a 6 or 7 year loan and pay it off early :manny:

Some of the auto manufacturers are offering 0% or 2.9% again.

Your local credit union is not getting anywhere close to that rate these days

I just really like locomotives.

We should have bullet trains by now, in fact trump strong armed the Japanese in his first term for some non payments on something and they shared the patents with him. Even offered to help build it out in the states :snoop:

We have that sad excuse brightside in Florida with doesn't even go that fast

No, I'm talking rent in housing.

Folks driving brand new but still renting. I want a Mustang GT but it don't make sense to buy one while renting :francis:That extra $500 -$600 adds up quick.

But really, the new wave might be to cop something old that's easy to fix. Something like a 84 Caprice

It can be fixed if people budget better.

Ordering McDonald's via Door Dash for a Mac Meal which will run you about $20.00....then complain about how things are so bad for you.
im not an advocate of that (eating unhealthy), but its not much more expensive than buying groceries now either so using this as an example is crazy.
