I would say Circus was better, but that may just be me.Why?
That made this season better.
Less filler and weird gay sex.
Probably the best season since season 1 and 2.

Lee would have went to jail regardless, those cops wanted to jail her badly but could never do it in court. Knocking her out and carry her out would at least insure that both would still be alive instead of Lee unecessarily dying and having the girl grow up wanting to come back on that cursed land wanting to hang out with her ghost friendBecause they all thought she got kidnapped
That would have made matters worse lol wtf
I heard that the next season will focus on the witch or have more connections to Murder House (season 1). Maybe the unanswered questions will be answeredI think I'm in the minority on this forum but IMO this season was very boring. We didn't learn enough about the characters to feel connected, the ending was rushed, plot lines were forgotten or marginalized and made little connective sense (what was the purpose of the dead nurses and Asian family; were the other ghosts even necessary with the Butcher and redneck family? Almost feels like they made a mistake writing them in), it wasn't scary because it had too many elements of the previous seasons (spirits tied to the house they died in that really didn't play a huge part in the story etc). The atmosphere was off. It wasn't as dark, brooding as I expected it to be. I guess I was wanting something like The Witch. During the entire season I was waiting for something to happen. Killing all the characters felt cheap. It felt like Murphy just didn't care.
Show made it seem like a blood moon was a weekly occurrence, like how many fukking blood moons are there?White people LOVE to go to abandon haunted homes where murders happened.... wait Lee back? And came back during the blood moon?!
I agree, I'm kinda ready to drop the fukkery and have a show go all in on theAfter watching a finale of any show, I always like to revisit the speculation that took place before the season started. We really didn't know what was coming with those cryptic promos. We got no opening and I'm still a little upset by that, but this season defined what American Horror Story is all about. I like the fact that Roanoke didn't fully rely on sexual shock value and actually created unsettling vibes with scenes that had you on the edge of your seat.
I love American Horror Story, but I hope another network can take it to the next level with a horror anthology show. Come on HBO....
This is exactly why I'm saying we need another top dog network to step up and make a serious horror show. Even after this promising season I'm reminded that the creator was behind Glee.....I just can't have that.I think I'm in the minority on this forum but IMO this season was very boring. I don't mind a gay person writing about gay people. It makes sense to me because he's just writing his truth. He has style but it was underdone this season and overplayed last season during hotel to the point that the horror aspect was lost. His problem is adding too many characters; it's always been a mess when he does that. But I could still understand and feel connected to nearly all the characters thus far even through hotel except this season. They felt shallow. If they played the colonial Ronoake story like a stylized period piece it would have been fukking amazing. The previews hinted that's where they were going and it was completely differentThis is exactly why I'm saying we need another top dog network to step up and make a serious horror show. I'm not homophobic but why do we need to see gay shyt in every season?!
That's what pissed me the fukk off about that. I really didn't like Lee but I respect the fact that she survive living in that house AND the Polk Family TWICE... yet her daughter's stupidity was what killed her. at wanting to protect a ghost.... A GHOST!Season was cool, I'm mad it ended like that tho. Smh @ having to kill yourself to protect a dead white girl who befriended your daughter
