So let's recap what we learned this episode:

*Xavier is "gay for pay" status
*The random hiker has to be a ghost meaning this season officially has spirit elements involved
*Now everyone knows Brooke ain't crazy and they all should be high alert for killers
*Counselor Margaret is WAY TOO CALM knowing Mr. Jingles and The Night Stalker on the camp killing so she is DEFINITELY hiding something
*Apparently virgin p*ssy will make you kill yourself and others
*Of all the deaths so far... the brother hasn't died yet

Rewatching the replay the hiker's story got me noticing: Mr. Jingles was killing the 10 people in the cabin back in 1970... but at the same time that was going on the Hiker saw what was happening and fled but was hit by a car then kill by apparently Mr. Jingles is this the case of the "multiple people sharing the same killer alias" trope?

She's in on the bullshyt I bet or either a ghost like the camper.
This whole spot is probably like the Hotel and Murder House where if you die on the camp property your ghost is stuck there.
