Spoiling your kid is indicative of failing as a parent. Just because your kid has toys and clothes and whatever else doesn't mean your a good father. Why you think white Hollywood kids, other rich kids and kids who's parents are athletes and actors and musicians don't often turn out to be much when they have everything.

They're ungrateful. Hard work isn't something you rise up to, it's something that's taught and instilled at a young age.

I'm not calling you out cause I don't know your situation. I'm glad your kid is taken care of, but there's more to being a parent, more involved in being a parent or being a good parent than just providing. You should have been teaching, modelling, sharing your knowledge and experiences with him while he was and is still growing up. He's behind the curve. And it's not his fault. You and his mom should be helping him set goals. Instead of him checking in and out of jobs, work with him, tell him to stick with whatever job he has for 6 months then look for another job and don't quit the one he has until he's hired, give him an incentive tell him to save his paychecks so once he meets his goal you can match him.

When he's grown he cant afford to just be jobless without nothing lined up and nothing saved.
