I’m in NC, it’s true. Helicopters have been tipping their rotors at food banks also. I heard it on the radio when it was happening and I’ve seen several videos (3). Only the government can fly unmarked copters over US soil. Visit the NC sub Reddit there are plenty pages of stories of sabotage going on.
