It has nothing to do with it. Her "accidentally" going to the wrong apt actually has nothing to do with it either. She admitted she shot him intentionally and by law that is murder in the 1st degree. It's open and shut. She has every right to claim self defense or whatever crap she wants in court if she thinks she can prove it. But the charge by law has to be murder 1 based off her own statements. Which is why the first judge initially rejected the manslaughter charge. And that's why she should have been arrested on the murder charge the night of the incident.

It's really not that difficult of a case and position the police and DA are taking will pin them in a corner.

Door data will prove her to be a liar and not credible. But that will have nothing to do with the charge which will have to be murder 1 by definition. Her pulling her gun and shooting him was not accidental. They are just delaying the inevitable. Only way to get to manslaughter would be for her to retract her previous statements and come up with a whole new story.

Breh I said 2 weeks ago when that cop got convicted here in Dallas that 3 things changed everything. Micah Johnson, elections in fergueson where folks threw the corrupt politicians out of office and chicago elections where they threw out the corrupt pro cop DA.

These killings have galvanized folks politically and DAs are on notice. Also Dallas has never burned like Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Watts, LA and etc.
