The police are thinking because she was in uniform, that means he shouldve obeyed her commands anyway
. But why is he obligated to obey her commands when she is in the wrong apartment? Im almost 100% there were no commands given to him in the first place, because even if you are in your apartment,If you see a cop in a cop uniform come in and pull a gun, its a good chance you would just drop to the ground or raise your hands up out of habit on instinct. Not even a cop but pretty much thats what you would do if anybody pulls a gun on you and catches you off guard.
There is no way that this cop came in and didn't already have that gun drawn out. She went in there in cop mode ready to shoot. Well she fukked up being too ready and having the wrong apartment. She needs to do 5-10 years at least behind this. Walking into the wrong apartment is possible but shouldn't matter. She made one mistake walking into the apartment, then another shooting him when I'm pretty sure she didn't have to,but was quick on the trigger like alot of cops.
and the cops are trying to protect her and cover for her like they do all cops who shoot unarmed black people. And to add on top of things, she is a woman. So the majority male force will do what men do naturally, which is try to protect this woman, this white woman
