This MFer pled to a "deprivation of rights under color of law" charge from the Feds and the state dropped the charges for a retrial. His lawyers are pressing the Justice Department for a reduction of sentence as of last month that slipped under the radar.

They're trying to cover this up and spin this so she gets off or gets a very light ass charge. They're also probably trying to dig up dirt on the guy right now.OK, Texas Rangers(not the baseball team) asked the judge to hold off on the warrant until they have an opportunity to investigate.

They can try to spin it but they can’t.... and it won’t matter if the details are accurate... the fact that she thought the apartment was hers says it all.... she was incapacitated from something while carrying a gun.... they gon hit her with accidental homicide.. and a suspended sentence probably.... which is a slap on the wrist and a slap to the face of this man’s family....

It's amazing how a full investigation is required for something blatantly obvious. They want to draw this out as much as possible in order to construct a shytty story to explain the shooting. Her initial story already hit a dead end based on how phony it sounded.
Whether she fukked the dude or not, it's pretty damn obvious that she killed this man in cold blood. It isn't debatable. Self-defense wasn't a factor. The man was not a threat to this officer. None of them could find any dirt on this man because there was none to find. Her ass should be in custody, not sitting at home "because she's cooperating'. Get the fukk outta here man.

I wish we could retroactively pull this same kinda shyt with regards to question marks over bullshyt cases. A whole host of our brothers and sisters would be saved.
