Yeah the black jurors really lost cause folks are gonna blame them. Its only 5 of them out of 12. They can't flex on all of them and force them to give the cop the max. That ain't how juries work when you don't have numbers.
IMO most likely the black jurors wanted more than 10 and the other folks wanted less. So they split it down the middle and gave her 10 years. Cause today they were saying she could get 2 to 20.
