People in here actually slandering the judge?

I'm sure most of yall havent watched all these hours and hours... and days of testimony and hearings on this case.

She has been very fair for both sides.
Justice isnt about just getting what you want.
She has to do her job.
If she doesnt then decisions that happen in that court room can get changed.

Judge Kemp did a wonderful job keeping order and professionalism in the court.

Whatever happens, happens.

To avoid having to try this case again if she appealed on the basis that manslaughter should have been included. By law it shouldn't be but I understand why the judge did it. Issue now is the jury competent enough to know by law this can't be manslaughter. I fear it's gonna end up being the "fair" conclusion that the jurors come to, but I don't think that conviction would hope in appeals because by law she didn't commit manslaughter.
Huge risk and bizarre strategy if that's the case. The reasons for why legally it is not manslaughter in this case should be enough in appeals court. This just opens things up to a sympathetic/indecisive jury. I think it'll backfire.

Word is the jury is asking the judge questions about Manslaughter and the castle doctrine... I think murder is off the table.. Holding out hope but it doesn’t look good... But it also means some of the jurors were at least considering the castle doctrine.

Judge is smart. She's making sure Amber has no path for appeal by allowing the jury to consider everything.

She'll either get convicted or there will be a mistrial. I can't see five black people letting her walk. The key is for the brehs and brehettes to hold the line and get the other seven jurors the same page.
Find 5 of these and it's a wrap
