So is it 100% confirmed she was beating on the door saying "let me in"?

Cuz that would mean he opened the door

And that's not really possible with the way he was shot, unless he was down on his knees or something.

Did he get shot in front of the sofa?

That female officers face on the body cam vid after she saw him dead was terrified

So what's theColi verdict as to what happened?

I mean, yeah she's guilty

But do you think it was a mistake? Hardt o believe sshe's drunk or high since she'd just got off work? But who knows....

Was she just bat shyt crazy?
So caught up in sexting ol dude she didnt pay attention to anything on her way up?
The supposed loud music complaint?

My take is, if the apartment was lit well enough for her to SEE to shoot him in the heart where they are trained to shoot, then it was definitely well lit enough for her to see furniture and stuff that clearly wasn't her apartment. Case is closed for me right there.

I mean we've all walked into a wrong room before at school or work, and immediately been like "oops", and turned around. Aint no burglar sitting on your couch eating ice cream

That Red rug in front of the door is what get me.

I would've know right then that I was at the wrong apartment. :mindblown:

It wasn't a mistake. The wrong apartment defense doesn't hold up as she lived on a different floor, not next door to where you think you'd be at the wrong door. She wasn't drunk or high when they tested to see if she was under the influence. Intent to murder is harder to prove, but they should be able to get a manslaughter conviction.

Naw, manslaughter is an accidental killing.

She intended to shot to harm.

This is murder.
