What is Kate Beckinsale doing on these casting couches that she's NOT doing in these movies.

Her America accent still terrible.

Amazon on Wednesday announced that The Sticky, a dark comedy about a multi-million dollar heist on Quebec's maple syrup surplus, will premiere Friday, Dec. 6. All six episodes will drop at once.

The half-hour series, which hails from showrunners Ed Herro and Brian Donovan (American Housewife), "follows Ruth Landry (played by The Americans' Margo Martindale), a tough, middle-aged maple syrup farmer who turns to crime when the bureaucratic authorities threaten to take away everything she loves," according to the official logline. "She teams up with the hot-tempered Bostonian mobster (Silicon Valley's Chris Diamantopoulos) and a mild-mannered French-Canadian security guard (Epidemic's Guillaume Cyr) to carry out a multi-million dollar heist on Quebec's maple syrup surplus."
