Down Dog was actually pretty good. I didn't want Mad Dogs to end. They better pick that one up. Cocked fukkin sucks half way through

Cocked was enjoyable. I could see it not getting picked up for a season though.

The Man In The High Castle tho :banderas: This is going to be the most popular choice imo. Well deserved, but I hope they have the budget to be able to sustain the look. That final scene :whoo:

Started up that Civil War one but I heard it sucks, so I'll watch that one last. Going to watch the two Dogs shows now.

Aight, so I had insomnia last night...

Like I said, Down Dog was pretty good - seemed like a throwaway HBO/Showtime show to be honest. Probably won't get picked up.

Mad Dogs was starting to waiver, then it took off. Felt very theatrical. I want more, and I'm mad I'm not getting it soon. - EDIT - just found out this is based on a British show, so there's a good chance I'm downloading that entire series now. Won't be the same without the American cast though, i liked who they put together. the worst guy, Chaplin, was naturally on the British original.

Cocked felt a little theatrical too, but the tone was all over the friggin map. It seemed like it wanted to be funny but ultimately wasn't and it was the worst one I watched by a good margin

Finally conked out on The Man in the Iron Castle about half way in. Awesome concept, but the show itself wasn't great. I expect the 2nd half of the episode to be though, will watch later.

no interest in the other one or the New Yorker thing

Might watch Down Dog if it gets picked up for my baby Lyndsy Fonseca. Besides that, I'll probably pass on the rest unless I hear they're really dope.

Bit the bullet and watched Salem Rogers.

I actually enjoyed it, and I hope it gets picked up (even though it seems like nobody is talking about it - critics etc.)

It was funny, the story although a little trope-y, was interesting and I didn't know Leslie Bibb had comedy chops.

On my A.V. Club shyt, I'd give it a B.

It came out of nowhere. Like you said no one's talking about it but it's a sleeper that I'm pulling for too. The dialogue was straight out of Family Guy. I didnt know Bibb could do it either but she pulled off crass really well. And looked slammin doing it :ohlawd:

I watched the man in the high castle as soon as I saw it was based on a phillip k dikk novel

It was pretty damn interesting and thought it looked stylistically cool. It's like retro-scifi kinda. Alternate future where hitler won ww2, united states is half japan and half germany essentially. There is an american resistance, Hitler has parkinsons and is going to be dead soon, a woman receives a movie reel that shows america winning WW2...

Anyone know if Bosch is going to be all new material or are they taking cases and stories from the books? Cause Connelly's books are crack... and it would be dope if we see some Lincoln Lawyer in the show too.
