Finally watched it a few weeks ago. I like the ASM series better than Raimi's. This series has better casting and isn't so corny and overly-dramatic. It's much more fun, but I'll admit it has it's flaws. Good movies but not great though I did like ASM2 better than ASM1.

ASM2 did kinda feel like a reboot of Spider-Man 3 though and I was surprised at how little Electro was featured and how easily he was defeated since it seemed like he was becoming god-like. No remorse from Peter & Gwen over creating a plan that would kill that man. Maybe he'll return for a sequel?

More so than any of the other Marvel flicks, this one felt ESPECIALLY targeted at KIDS

if only everyone understood that and didn't hold it up to a different standard, they might have had as much fun watching this as i did.

Whether right or wrong, the producers told the writers they wanted it to be fun and nothing too scary for kids so this one was aimed toward kids for the most part. Not the direction I would've gone but..

Jamie foxx was so shytty in it.
I fast forwarded any scene with peter and emma and didn't miss a beat with the story line
And dennis leary mean mugging randomly had me cracking up

And then ghost Denis Leary looks over his shoulder only to find out that he's being mean mugged by ghost Bill Hicks....with ghost Jim Fixx off to the side waving.

i watched Captain America 2 then followed up with AS2, it was like playing Last of Us then switching to Alan Wake

I liked it, but I tend to always have liked Batman and Spiderman, don't rock with any other superheros.

co-sign, I was looking forward to this one. I even re-watched "The Amazing Spider-Man" as a refresh before watching this one.

movie was booty cheeks.

and I still prefer Tobey's Spider-Man over this, but the first one was surprisingly decent.

Hate that this movie was trash cause I actually Like Andrew Garfield as Spiderman. Him and Emma Stone were the only decent thing about these movies. Their version of Harry Osborne was wack as fukk, James Franco >>>>
